Ambrin will defend her doctoral thesis in Kuopio on Friday 27 October at 12 pm. The title of her dissertation is A metabolomics approach to delineate the effects of lifestyle intervention and microbiome therapeutics in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and the work reveals metabolic alterations in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and as a response to NAFLD treatments.
The Opponent in the public examination will be Senior Lecturer Cristina Legido-Quigley of King’s College London.
