We are happy to inform you that our research group is participating as a workshop organizer in the 19th Annual Conference of the Metabolomics Society (Niagara Falls, Canada), which is the largest metabolomics meeting worldwide. Our workshop will be held on Monday June 19th at 8.15 – 10.15. We will introduce the preprocessing tool notame which has been developed in our research group. Briefly, we will cover some of the ground stones in preprocessing e.g., quality control metrics, data imputation, and drift correction.
